This project kept me occupied on my road trip to Chicago. It's a fairly simple pattern, and well, you know what sometimes happens with simple patterns -- you get cocky. After all, who needs to keep track of rows? Me, I need to keep track of rows, that's who. There was a whole lot of muttering to myself and ripping back with this one. The thing is, after I finished, I kind of wanted to start a second one.
Pattern: Mountain Moss Shawl
Yarn: Swan's Island fingering
Needles: 4 mm

Wow, that is so gorgeous! So beautiful and feminine and I just adore the colour! (If that is a simple pattern I'd hate to think what a complicated one looks like!! Best I just stick to sewing in straight lines...I could see myself getting into major trouble with something like this! ;-)
I am copying you. Because that's what I do. LOVE THIS! xo
Wowee. I've seen (and received!) some beautiful work by you, this is right up there! I need to make it too...Deb
Garter stitch and that lace edging make for such a perfect combination. Just lovely!
Simple?! Oh Ms Tee Kay... Gorgeous. It reminds me a bit of certain Paris shawls, which I still wear with delight.
